SUBSCRIPTION FAQs

It's simple, we offer 3 tiers depending on what frequency you would like. Once a week so you never run dry, once every two weeks to give you room to still support your local shop and have some real heat at home or once a month for the casual supporter! Flat rates charged automatically monthly, and you can cancel at any time by emailing info@king-state.com

Our subscription service is shipped direct to your door or business based on your chosen frequency. Each order contains one retail bag of a rotating origin as our coffees are seasonal. It's a great way to taste through our offerings!

If you want to modify your frequency or subscription you just log into your dashboard in your account or you can email us at info@king-state.com and we'll get you sorted!

You'll get an order confirmation from us upon shipping and you can make sure it's headed to the right spot.

That won't happen as we take a lot of care into the coffees we bring in, and only source the best to our pallets. We won't be cutting corners on subscriptions and the coffee you receive is the same that you would get in our shop. In the event that you have an origin or style preference we can work towards making sure we keep that in mind for future orders!
